Hoping for some help here. So I'm trying to import a video, which is a screencapture from my computer. It was recorded in 1920x1080, the game I was recording was 1920x1080 and when I set up the new project in VSDC I set the resolution resolution to 1920x1080. The video was recorded using OBS studio, recording Layers of Fear and it was recording as an FLV. After adding the video to the project, the quality of the video goes way down. It looks like it's in 480p now, quite awful. I haven't had any problems with any other videos I've recorded, just this one.

System info: Win 10, AMD Ryzen 3 1300X quad core processor 3.5 GHz, 8 GB RAM. Thanks for the response. I tried messing around with it a bit, and trying different export options as this video has been really finicky and it helped changing the output profile.

I also noticed that for whatever reason it was changing my new project settings to be a lower resolution than I was recording in (I updated the software not long ago so that may be why it reset). I got the exported video to look good, although once uploaded to youtube I found that sometimes it played in HD and other times (even though an HD playback option was selected) it still looked really low res. Been a bit of a pain in the butt. Although this issue I'm sure either has to do with the internet connection while watching, or a problem with youtube at the time.
